- Du gestaltest den Alltag unserer Klient:innen aktiv mit, förderst die soziale Teilhabe und entwickelst abwechslungsreiche Einzel- und Gruppenangebote
- Du planst, organisierst und begleitest eigenverantwortlich vielfältige Aktivitäten – von kreativen Workshops bis hin zu gemeinsamen Ausflügen in Varel
- Als verlässliche Vertrauensperson hast du stets ein offenes Ohr für die Wünsche der Klient:innen und stehst auch den Angehörigen beratend zur Seite
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Pflegefachkräften dokumentierst du die Betreuungsleistungen und trägst so aktiv zur Einhaltung unserer hohen Qualitätsstandards bei
