- Organisation und Kontrolle der Bereiche Reinigung, Service und Verpflegung
- Umsetzung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards
- Speisenplanung, -zubereitung und Warenwirtschaft
- Führung und Anleitung des Hauswirtschaftsteams inkl. Dienst- und Urlaubsplanung
- Mitwirkung bei Schulungen, Personalgesprächen und Einarbeitung
- Ansprechpartner:in für Bewohnerwünsche und -beschwerden
- Schnittstellenarbeit mit Pflege, Verwaltung und Lieferanten

Das zeichnet dich aus:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Hotelfachfrau/-mann oder Hauswirtschafter:in
- Erfahrung oder Interesse an leitenden Aufgaben in der Hauswirtschaft
- Kenntnisse in Hygienevorgaben, Lebensmittelrecht und Arbeitsorganisation
- Führungskompetenz, Teamgeist und Serviceorientierung
- Ruhe und Ausgeglichenheit im Umgang mit unseren Klienten
- Positive Einstellung zur Arbeit mit pflegebedürftigen alten Menschen sowie Verschwiegenheit und Vertrauenswürdigkeit
