- Pflegemaßnahmen fachgerecht dokumentieren und absichern
- Unterstützung der Pflegefachkräfte bei der Grundpflege
- Wertschätzender Umgang mit den Selbstpflegefähigkeiten, Wünschen und Bedürfnissen der Klienten und ihrer Angehörigen
- Enge, kooperative Zusammenarbeit mit allen Fachbereichen der Einrichtung
