- Du übernimmst selbstständig die logopädische Betreuung unserer Klienten
- Erstellen eigner Pläne zur Förderung der Selbstständigkeit der Klienten
- Weiterführen von Therapien nach Krankenhausaufenthalten
- Durchführung von Therapien bei Sprach- und Schluckstörungen
- Beratung und Anleitung von Tagespflegegästen und Angehörigen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Pflegepersonal, dem Betreuungspersonal sowie Ärzten und Therapeuten

Dein Profil:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Logopäden (m/w/d)
- Therapieerfahrung mit neurologischen und geriatrischen Patienten ist wünschenswert aber keine Voraussetzung
- Interesse und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Senioren und den Fachbereichen
- Gute Umgangsformen sowie ein emphatisches Auftreten
- Eigenverantwortliches und strukturiertes Arbeiten
