- Pflegemaßnahmen durchführen, dokumentieren und sichern
- Durchführung von Maßnahmen der Grundpflege, z.B. Körperpflege, Patienten betten und lagern
- Durchführung von Behandlungspflege nach ärztlicher Verordnung, z.B. Patientendaten ermitteln, Medikamente verabreichen, etc.
- Wertschätzung und Beachtung der Selbstpflegefähigkeiten, Wünsche und Bedürfnisse der Klienten und deren Angehörigen
- Kooperative Zusammenarbeit mit allen Fachbereichen der Einrichtung
